3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. User Roles

Our platform supports multiple user roles, including:

• Handlers:Dog owners and handlers who use the platform to track their dog's training progress.
• Trainers: Certified dog trainers who provide training services through our platform.
• Administrators: Furtitude Dog Club staff who manage the platform and its users.

Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities. Misuse of role privileges may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about yourself or your dogs
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use the service to promote animal cruelty or any training methods that are harmful to dogs
• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from our platform without permission

6. Training Disclaimer

While Furtitude Dog Club promotes science-based, positive reinforcement dog training methods aligned with IACP standards, we do not guarantee specific training outcomes. Every dog is unique, and results may vary. The information and resources provided through our platform are for educational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Furtitude Dog Club platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Furtitude Dog Club or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furtitude Dog Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
